How to Set Up an All-in-One Saltwater Aquarium
Setting up a saltwater aquarium can feel like assembling a small life-support system while learning an entirely new vocabulary. Return pumps, biological filtration, salinity, cycling, live rock—it is a lot to take in at once.
An all-in-one aquarium makes the process easier by placing the filtration chambers directly behind the display. There is no separate sump underneath the tank, much of the equipment stays hidden, and the plumbing is usually minimal.

Stocking Nano Aquariums: Fish, Shrimp and Tank Ideas
Why Are Nano Tanks Harder to Stock?
Every fish, shrimp, and snail produces waste. In a large aquarium, that waste is diluted by more water. In a nano tank, the same amount can have a much greater effect.
Temperature and water chemistry can also change quickly. A little evaporation may noticeably raise the mineral concentration, while one extra feeding can leave more waste than the filter is ready to process.
